Heather Paterson presents “Off the Beaten Path: The Life and Music of Susannah McCorkle”

  • Sammons Center for the Arts 3630 Harry Hines Boulevard Dallas, TX, 75219 United States (map)

Elegant, expressive, and effortlessly cool, Heather Paterson brings her crystalline voice and rich jazz interpretations back to the Sammons stage. A longtime favorite among the Sammons Center’s audiences, Heather infuses every song with heartfelt storytelling, impeccable technique, and the timeless charm of the Great American Songbook. Inspired by jazz legends like Ella Fitzgerald and backed by decades of musical and life experience, she delivers performances that are as moving as they are masterful.

I have the distinct pleasure of collaborating with Heather from the piano, and we’ll be joined by James Driscoll on bass.

This concert begins at 7:30 p.m. in Kurth Hall; doors open at 7:00 p.m.
